Here is what to expect in terms of shipping (postage) and delivery.

Delivery Costs

Flat Rate: $7.50 postage for orders within Australia.

Free Shipping: On orders valued at $70 or more.

All orders are sent via standard postage. Tracking numbers are typically available and will be emailed with your shipping confirmation. You can also find tracking information in your member portal.

Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery: Allow 7 to 14 business days for your delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 working days.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and whether they are coming from us or our local or international suppliers.

Shipping Partners
Our shipping partners are third-party companies, so we have no control over their operations or delivery schedules. Any delays are beyond our control. Use our delivery times as a guide only. Once you have a tracking number, direct any shipping and tracking inquiries to our shipping partners. For international parcels, you may receive two tracking numbers: one for international transit and one for local delivery (e.g., Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Sendle). Use the shipping partner’s website or Tracking Ninja (Global tracking site) to track your order.

Order Changes: Once verified, orders cannot be canceled or changed. If you wish to cancel before verification, a 7.5% fee (including shipping) will be deducted to cover administrative and merchant charges.
